Project management is a key skill for anyone who needs to lead and manage projects no matter what their job title and organisation role is.  Business operations today requires the mindset of project management. Project Management is a beneficial skill for managers, leaders and employees who needs to manage day-to-day operations. This course has been designed to equip trainees with the essential knowledge and approaches of project management, gain insight into the project management from initiating the project through project closeout. You will work in simulated project teams to apply the competencies described in the Individual Competency Baseline Version 4 (ICB4) published by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). 

The course focus on ICB4 the practice competencies which describes the methods, tools and techniques used in projects to realise project success.
